As a Manager, Demand Platform Partnershipson the Global Sales Alliances team in our New York City office, you’ll play a vital role in developing and executing a strategic plan to engage and partner with Demand Platforms globally.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the adtech industry, preferably in programmatic
- Degree in Economics, Math is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Demand Platforms ecosystem and digital advertising landscape
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
How you’ll make an impact:
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Taboola’s strategic goals and revenue objectives
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Demand Platforms partners to ensure their needs are met and to drive continuous value from the partnership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure the partnership success by building new features / improving products based on clients feedback
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities
- Use data analytics tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Excel, etc.) on a daily basis to draw business conclusions and identify opportunities for growth
- Work with the team’s Business Analysts to own all monthly and weekly custom reporting, along with all ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent Taboola at industry events and conferences

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We may offer several perks as part of the compensation package that include a discretionary bonus, equity, flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and more.
Base Salary Pay Range
$120,000—$140,000 USD
Base Salary + OTE Pay Range
$180,000—$210,000 USD
