As a Revenue Operations Manager for APAC working on the Sales Operations Team in our Bangkok, Thailand office , you’ll play a vital role in owning the rhythm, governance, and insight layer of Taboola’s commercial performance across one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions. You will unify sales operations, yield management, and revenue optimization under a single operational framework — ensuring every dollar of opportunity, advertiser or publisher, is visible, predictable, and maximized.

Your mission is to create predictable growth and optimized yield by embedding process discipline, improving data quality, and driving insights that directly influence commercial strategy.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, Enablement, BI, Product, and Marketing, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution across both advertiser and publisher revenue levers.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Yield, or Sales Strategy within B2B SaaS or ad-tech.
  • Analytical and commercially fluent, comfortable connecting yield metrics to pipeline and forecast.
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Qlik, Tableau, and Excel/Sheets modelling.
  • Skilled in working across distributed APAC markets, balancing cultural nuance and operational discipline.
  • A strong communicator who can translate data into actionable insight for sales leaders.

  • Deep understanding of ad-tech yield mechanics, programmatic ecosystems, or publisher monetization.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Revenue Operations Manager for APAC, you’ll bring value by:

  • Forecast & Pipeline Governance

    • Lead the regional forecast cadence across advertiser and publisher motions; enforce consistent definitions and methodology.
    • Drive the delivery of explainable, data-driven forecasts.
  • Pipeline Health & Conversion Efficiency

    • Monitor coverage, velocity, and conversion across markets and segments.
    • Identify bottlenecks, underperforming stages, or resource misalignment, and drive remediation through Enablement and Sales.
    • Monitory insights dashboards linking pipeline quality to yield and monetization performance.
  • Revenue & Yield Optimization

    • Manage and execute yield optimization projects to drive incremental revenue and improve network efficiency.
    • Partner with Product and Publisher Operations to analyze ad performance, CPM trends, and fill-rate optimization.
    • Use Realize platform and BI data to balance revenue mix, pricing efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Data Stewardship & System Adoption

    • Govern data accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce, Qlik, and associated RevOps tools.
    • Maintain the single source of truth for regional revenue metrics and stage definitions.
    • Implement hygiene scorecards and automation to improve compliance and data integrity.
  • Cadence & Rhythm of Business

    • Own the APAC Rhythm of Business - pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and yield reviews.
    • Ensure each market operates to a consistent weekly and monthly cadence aligned with global standards.
    • Drive accountability for action items and continuous process improvement
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Enablement

    • Translate operational insights into enablement programs; provide adoption metrics and ROI analysis.
    • FP&A: Support planning cycles, SPIF design, and commission modelling to drive desired revenue behaviors.
    • Product & Yield: Collaborate on monetization experiments and Realize adoption campaigns, measuring impact on revenue yield.
    • BI & Marketing: Feed regional insights into global dashboards and GTM strategy decisions.
  • Strategic Planning & Analytics

    • Build/Interpret Revenue Health Reports summarizing forecast accuracy, yield trends, and commercial performance.
    • Analyze advertiser and publisher performance to identify under-monetized inventory or untapped budget opportunity.
    • Influence leadership decisions with data-driven recommendations on resourcing, pricing, and market prioritization.
