The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Creator Partnerships Analyst to join our Marketing team.
You will be responsible for sourcing and supporting creator and affiliate partners, managing the operational execution of creator campaigns, tracking performance across social and affiliate channels, and providing insights to inform optimization and strategy. This role will collaborate closely with teams including Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and external creators to support partner-driven revenue, lead generation, and campaign performance through strong execution and measurement.
The Creator Partnerships Analyst will report to the Senior Business Development Manager. You will work with a distributed team in the U.S. and Brazil.
This position is hybrid (1-2 days per week) to our Belo Horizonte offices.
This is a CLT contract paid in BRL.
What You’ll Own
- Influencer Recruitment & Sourcing: Source, vet, and test new influencer partners across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for inclusion in the Partner Program portfolio. Execute ongoing outreach and relationship development for evergreen campaign opportunities, and evaluate creator fit based on audience alignment, engagement metrics, and performance potential.
- Operational Creator & Vendor Management: Support end-to-end contract management, invoicing, and payment processing for creators, agencies, and event partners. Develop and distribute tailored creative briefs that align partner content with campaign objectives, and coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance across social platforms to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Track conversion metrics and attribution using Heap Analytics and other internal tools, and provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
- Affiliate Program Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate performance and flag underperformance or compliance issues for leadership review, and prepare strategic analysis for monthly AI/LLM reviews in collaboration with the Onboarding Specialist.
- Process Optimization: Help document, refine, and improve workflows related to creator sourcing, campaign execution, reporting, and affiliate operations to support scalability and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience working in SaaS business.
- Experience supporting creator or affiliate programs, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with marketing tools, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
Nice to Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with creator-led businesses.
