Company: CRS Group Inc.

Location: CRS Group Inc. is able to offer remote employment of this position within the United States

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We are a remote-friendly, entrepreneurial, energetic team on a mission to empower an equitable economy with better access to regulated data and modern technology. We are a Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and trusted partner of credit bureaus and regulated data providers with an all-in-one technology platform for credit and compliance. As a company built on 25 years of credit industry expertise and merged with modern technology, we are a force of positive change in the longstanding credit industry – and for all those who rely on it.

Headquartered in Northern California with satellite offices in NYC, CRS Group Inc. is a certified CRA for Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®. Founded in 2019, CRS is a subsidiary of Credit Reporting Services, Inc., an established CRA trusted by the credit industry since 2006.

Job Description:

CRS is looking for a Product Operator to co-own a product line with a top technical counterpart, moving from insight to shipped product to signed customers with speed and precision.

You will operate like a GM across product, sales, and implementation. Near-term focus areas include SBA 7(a) lending and data furnishing, with adjacent opportunity in underwriting and decisioning. If you’ve lived the domain, see the gaps, and are itching to build and sell the solution with maximum agency, you’ll thrive here.

We’re a flat, low-politics org with unusually deep bureau relationships and CRA privileges that unlock access others can’t get. If this product line wants to become its own company, we’re open to helping you spin it out.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a product line end-to-end with a technical product owner as your counterpart

  • Drive discovery with customers and partners to surface sharp, surprising insights

  • Translate market learning into prioritized roadmaps and crisp product requirements

  • Lead the sales motion from demo to close for early lighthouse deals

  • Build pipeline via conferences, community immersion, and targeted outreach

  • Oversee early implementations and customer success until processes are repeatable

  • Partner with engineering to ship rapid iterations that unlock revenue and adoption

  • Establish public presence for your line including a product subdomain and demo assets

  • Navigate bureau and partner relationships to unblock data and integrations

  • Define early KPIs and operating cadence for your product division

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in fintech across underwriting, decisioning, small business lending, or data furnishing

  • Demonstrated generalist capability across product, sales, and business development

  • History of closing complex or technical deals and leading successful implementations

  • Evidence of high agency and ownership with delivered outcomes in ambiguous environments

  • Strong communication skills to align executives, engineers, and customers

  • Comfortable operating without layers in a fast, founder-style culture

  • Ability to travel to industry conferences and key customer meetings

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior founder or EIR experience

  • Built scrappy prototypes using AI tools such as Claude

  • Established network and reputation across the fintech ecosystem

  • Experience at a CRA, bureau, or deep partnerships with bureaus

  • Familiarity with SBA 7(a) workflows, LOS/LMS vendors, or data furnishing pipelines

  • New York City or San Francisco base

Why Join Us:

  • Play a key role on a high impact team facing mission critical challenges.

  • Be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that is shaping the future of the credit industry.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Opportunity for career growth and professional development.

  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Benefits:

  • CRS Group Inc. is proud to offer a variety of benefits to support employees and their families, including:

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Medical Insurance

  • Dental insurance

  • Vision Insurance

  • Unlimited Paid Leave Policy
