What You Will Do
This is a hybrid, full-time role in Singapore which involves providing daily bite-sized coaching and/or video therapy to the employees of one of ThoughtFull’s clients through our platform. You will also be required to provide full-day onsite support with in-person therapy on a rotating schedule in locations around Klang Valley. Your main responsibilities will be to support the employees’ mental wellbeing, aligned with their needs and goals. This role will span a contractual period of two months, with some details below:
Providing mental health intervention (counselling/therapy) for the employees of ThoughtFull’s client in Malaysia.
Working hours: Any 8 hours between 10AM - 10PM
Locations (for onsite support): Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Attend monthly Townhall, workshops, and supervision

About You:
Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
Licensed and registered with a professional body (i.e. Lembaga Kaunseling Malaysia or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of experience
Native/Proficient in Malay; Proficient in English
