We have over 350 employees in the United States and Europe, and we are rapidly expanding our Accounting team to work with our clients. This is a fully remote position, and we have extensive experience successfully training and onboarding new team members online.

Job description:
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;
- Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll;
- Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses;
- Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience;
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;
- Proactive problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);
- Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
