We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Marketing Generalist Intern to support our campaign execution, content coordination, and market research in Bucharest for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, the ideal candidate will assist across multiple marketing channels—from internal platforms and digital campaigns to product selection and competitive benchmarking. Combining an interest in digital trends with an analytical mindset, the Intern will help optimize on-site imagery, support CRM communications, and track campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Support content creation and updates across digital marketing channels, CRM campaigns, and on-site banners.
- Upload, organize, and manage digital marketing assets using internal content management tools.
- Identify and curate stylish, high-performing products for use in promotional assets, email newsletters, and Product Detail Page (PDP) pop-ups.
- Track fashion and e-commerce market trends to suggest fresh, relevant ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Conduct benchmark studies on competitor visual and verbal messaging to maintain high standards for on-site brand presentation.
- Assist with cross-channel project coordination, campaign tracking, and routine marketing reporting.
Expected Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with minimal professional experience.
- Previous internship or academic project experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or commercial content is a plus.
- Self-motivated and quick to adapt, with reliable follow-up capabilities and task prioritization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read, interpret, and organize marketing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for benchmarking, data organization, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Slack and Trello.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and in Romanian.
