We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Role

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to play a key role in the delivery, support and continuous improvement of Two Circles’ digital products.

You will act as the central coordination point between Client Leads, Product teams, Software Engineers and Quality Analysts to ensure successful delivery of product features, enhancements and support outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is contributing to and helping lead the evolution of a global support capability within Two Circles.

This is a unique opportunity to work with major sports doing work that will have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of people in an exciting, modern and highly engaged team.

You will be successful in this role if you are organised and thrive in environments where you can bring clarity to uncertainty. You need to be comfortable talking to client stakeholders on various levels to deeply understand their unique challenges as well as key people in our engineering and product team to find the optimal path to resolution while focusing on delivering maximum value to our clients.

This is a Hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia, working closely with teams across multiple time zones including Europe, North America and South Asia. Two days per week spent in our Melbourne office preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of digital product features, enhancements and bug fixes across multiple platforms for Australian and global clients

  • Act as the primary coordination point between Client Leads, Product, Engineering and QA teams

  • Manage and prioritise support tickets and workflows

  • Coordinate release planning, QA and deployments

  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery and support processes

  • Contribute to global support function development

  • Coordinate & Perform user acceptance testing prior to release

  • Review and mange project budgets and time spent to ensure profitable engagements.

  • Be comfortable working with technical aspects of the project such as APIs, databases, mobile apps, etc.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Delivery Lead, Customer Success Lead, Project/Account Manager or a similar role.

  • Experience in delivery roles within digital or technology environments

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and QA

  • Experience managing delivery pipelines and support workflows

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in technical environments

  • Ability to foster a continuous improvement, high velocity mindset amongst the team.

  • The confidence to make decisions without perfect information.

  • High attention to detail and natural curiosity towards problem solving.

Desirable

  • Agency or consultancy experience will be valuable.
  • A keen interest in sport or the sports business and real interest in the positive effects we have on our client’s businesses.
