At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Consultant to join our UniQue Core Banking team.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are met through effective solutions.

- Meet with clients to collect and evaluate business requirements
- Analyze and document the client’s requirements in a comprehensive way in order to provide solutions that fulfills their needs
- Enhancing and modeling business processes to improve efficiency.
- Implementing and testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with business changes
- Managing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Create training materials and reports
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
- Provide continuous support on software solutions
- Create documentation on project’s deliverables
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance from a Greek or foreign institute
- At least two years of previous professional experience in software support and/or software testing in the Banking Industry
- Knowledge of SQL Server, MS TFS, JIRA
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation
- Career motivation and a willingness to continue to further knowledge and skills
- Experience in Finastra Core Banking will be a plus
