What You’ll Do
Lead AI workflow audits across operations and support teams.
Identify automation opportunities with clear ROI.
Prototype AI tools quickly using modern LLM workflows.
Deploy automation for scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows.
Partner with engineers to move prototypes into production.
Train teams and drive adoption of new AI workflows.
Build repeatable frameworks for future AI implementations.
Must-Haves
Hands-on Claude Code experience (required). No experience = not considered.
3–7 years in AI strategy, consulting, or operations roles.
Experience building or prototyping AI workflow automation.
Strong process mapping and operational analysis skills.
Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
Nice to Have
Healthcare operations or health tech experience.
Familiarity with EMR workflows, HEDIS, or risk adjustment.
Experience with voice AI, automation tools, or LLM pipelines.
