- Role: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth
- Location/Type: Columbia, MD (4–6 weeks onsite) → Remote • MD or D.C. license
- Pay: $123,528–$146,836 (all-in)
- Schedule: Full-time • Weekdays only

- Telehealth for general cardiology patients.
- Clear protocols. Predictable volume.

- You manage your panel. Not random tasks.
What You’ll Do
Lead telehealth visits for low-acuity cardiology patients
Manage hypertension, CHF, CAD, and lipid disorders
Adjust meds using evidence-based protocols
Order labs, imaging, and follow-ups
Document cleanly in the EMR
Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams
Must-Haves
Active NP license in MD or D.C.
2+ years general cardiology experience
Complete 4–6 weeks onsite training in Columbia, MD
Comfortable running independent telehealth visits
Nice to Have
Prior telehealth experience
Large health system experience
