Own the full patient data ingestion lifecycle. You’ll validate, transform, and manage healthcare data while helping teams make better decisions with clean, reliable information.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows.
- Validate incoming healthcare data files.
- Build and maintain ETL processes.
- Write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
- Apply data corrections and transformations.
- Create scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Partner across teams to resolve data issues.
- Document workflows and improve data standards.
Must-Haves
- Healthcare experience with a payer, large health system, or similar organization.
- Advanced SQL skills and database experience.
- Light Python coding experience.
- Direct experience with data loads and ETL processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Experience analyzing large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Contact center industry experience.
- Experience with healthcare or patient data reporting.
- Experience improving ETL workflows and data quality.
