Own B2B growth and content – drive healthcare revenue from $5M to $30M
- Role: Director of Marketing
- Location/Type: New York, NY • Hybrid (2 days onsite) or Remote (U.S.)
- Pay: $100,000–$120,000 base + equity (flexible for the right candidate)
- Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours
Own the full marketing engine. Build pipeline. Cut CAC.
What you’ll do
Lead B2B lead generation (pipeline over traffic)
Build content engine (write, publish, iterate fast)
Drive growth from ~$5M to $30M revenue
Own messaging, website, and SEO
Manage vendors (PR, content, agencies)
Launch campaigns (email, content, events)
Track CAC, CPL, pipeline, revenue
Must-haves
5+ years experience; 2+ in marketing leadership
Strong healthcare experience (required)
Proven growth from ~$5M to $30M revenue
Strong writing (publish-ready, minimal edits)
B2B lead generation ownership
Vendor management experience
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
