Impact & Growth
The company has raised seed capital and is building toward its next major growth stage.
Customer demand is growing. The hardware operation is getting more complex. This role turns that complexity into a repeatable, scalable fulfillment engine.
You will own supplier coordination, inventory visibility, fulfillment workflows, drop-shipping, ERP design, and the systems that make physical product delivery reliable.
Motivation Fit
You like building from zero. You do not need a playbook.
You can move from strategy to spreadsheets, vendors, shipping details, and system cleanup without ego.
This is a low-ego, high-accountability team. Best ideas win. Follow-through matters. Everyone carries a shovel.
At Urrly, fairness matters. We use AI to review every application against the same clear requirements for the role. This means every candidate is evaluated on job-related factors like skills, certifications, and experience—not on personal attributes such as gender, race, age, or background. Our goal is to create a more objective, consistent, and equal opportunity hiring process for all applicants.
