Member Enrollment Specialist
- Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hr + quarterly performance bonus
- Location/Type: Remote • Occasional travel; AZ location a plus
- Schedule: 8am–5pm PST
You’ll be the first voice members hear. You guide them, support them, and make their care journey easy without the call-center chaos. Clear ownership, steady hours, and real impact from day one.
What you’ll do
Drive outbound calls to enroll eligible members
Explain MSK program benefits clearly and confidently
Convert leads through trust-building and follow-through
Guide members through enrollment steps and scheduling
Track calls, contacts, and conversions in CRM
Handle insurance checks, pre-auths, and medical admin
Support team goals with clean communication and process
Must-haves
2+ years outbound sales or enrollment in healthcare
Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
Strong phone communication and objection handling
CRM and call-center tool experience
Update records correctly and protect member privacy at all times
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s in healthcare or business
4+ years healthcare sales/call center
Bilingual English/Spanish
Medical terminology familiarity
