People Operations & HR Analytics Generalist
- Location/Type: Bogotá, Colombia • Remote
- Pay: $2,500–$3,000 USD/month
- Schedule: Full-time • Must overlap U.S. Pacific hours

You’ll own recurring people reports, maintain workforce dashboards, support HR operations, and use AI tools to move faster without sacrificing accuracy.
This role fits someone who likes messy data, fast-moving environments, and real ownership.
What you’ll do
Own recurring workforce and headcount reporting
Refresh executive dashboards and workforce summaries
Clean and validate employee data across systems
Build Excel reports using pivots, lookups, and formulas
Support policy rollouts and HR process improvements
Use AI tools to speed analysis and documentation
Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements
Must-haves
3+ years HR generalist or people operations experience
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
Regular ChatGPT or Claude workflow usage
Workforce reporting or people analytics experience
Strong written English communication
Comfortable working U.S. Pacific business hours
Nice to have
Healthcare or multi-site workforce experience
Dashboard maintenance experience
Startup or high-growth company background
