What You’ll Do
Identify buyers inside charter and aviation accounts
Segment audiences using HubSpot and JetNet
Write high-converting outbound email sequences
Launch and optimize HubSpot drip campaigns
Propose webinar ideas tied to market pain
Book qualified meetings for AEs
Track reply rates and improve messaging
Must-Haves
1–2 years B2B SDR experience
Strong outbound email copy skills
Comfortable with high outbound call and email activity
Confident using HubSpot or similar CRM
Authorized to work in the U.S
Top 25% performer in a current or previous SDR Role
Nice to Have
Aviation or charter exposure
Webinar or campaign support experience
Experience pulling lists in HubSpot
Familiar with outbound psychology
