- Pay: $175,000–$215,000 base + bonus + equity

Our client serves enterprise healthcare insurance plans and needs a senior executive to elevate client strategy, executive alignment, and account management standards across the organization.
You’ll inherit a function that needs stronger strategic leadership, better executive engagement, and more scalable client operating models.
What You’ll Do
Lead executive relationships across enterprise health plan clients
Build QBR and EBR frameworks that drive decisions
Standardize client communications, agendas, and governance
Create case studies tied to outcomes and ROI
Establish a consultative account management model
Improve executive alignment across client stakeholders
Coach teams toward enterprise-ready client engagement
Must-Haves
VP, SVP, EVP, or Head-level client strategy leadership
Enterprise account management or client services experience
Built scalable QBR, EBR, or governance frameworks
Proven executive stakeholder management experience
Created client case studies tied to business outcomes
Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Healthcare technology experience
Health plan or payer-facing experience
Turnaround experience within underperforming account functions
Built account management playbooks at scale

Pay: $175,000–$215,000 base salary
