Vice President – Health Technology Solutions
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret level security clearance
Status: Exempt
Location: Hybrid within 1 hour of Vienna, VA
Position Overview:
The Vice President – Health Technology Solutions is an executive responsible for driving sustainable growth for a 200+ employee company in the IT federal contracting space concentrating in Health Services across multiple agencies while maintaining compliance, delivery excellence, and strong customer relationships across federal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution – Health Practice
•Develop and execute a focused growth strategy aligned to federal market opportunities and company capabilities concentrating in the Health market.
•Drive revenue new growth through a combination of recompetes, organic contract expansions, and targeted new business pursuits.
•Lead Business Development, Capture, and Proposals to strengthen pipeline quality, win rates, and go-to-market execution.
•Identify priority agencies, contract vehicles, and customer segments for expansion.
•Ensure seamless handoff between capture, proposal, and delivery teams to support win-to-execute excellence.
•Use market intelligence, customer feedback, and performance data to inform growth investments and decisions.
•Support partnerships, teaming arrangements, and M&A integration efforts as applicable.
•Establish clear growth metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
Strategic & Executive Leadership
•Serve as a trusted thought partner to the COO & EVP/GM on Business Development strategy, execution, and organizational health.
Success Metrics
• Organic growth of existing Health Practice of $2M or 10% Annually
• Book Prime contracts worth $25M.
• Submit Prime contracts worth $100M.
• Maintain a $500M Qualified pipeline
