As the Data team, our mission is to empower the staff with accurate data and proactive insights to support data-informed decisions.
We are looking for an awesome and skilled Data Engineer! Are you passionate about data, eager to learn new things every day, and excited by building tech solutions and solving problems with data? Do you thrive in a collaborative team environment? If so, this is the perfect job for you. In your day-to-day, you will help us create, improve, and strengthen our data infrastructure to support our vision of promoting sustainable tourism around the globe.
You will report directly to our Data Manager and work in a growing international IT Department, surrounded by other talented, caring, and passionate individuals.
On daily basis you will
- Tackle data infrastructure and processing challenges, turning stakeholder needs into smart solutions.
- Build and refine ETL pipelines that keep our data flowing smoothly.
- Shape and optimize data structures in our Data Warehouse for maximum impact.
- Connect and collect data from diverse sources and APIs.
- Collaborate with talented teams from around the world, growing your skills and perspective through hands-on software development.
The basics you bring along
- Proficient in Python for data wrangling
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Git for version control
- Confident in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Professional communication in English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on attitude and proactive approach
- Excellent teamwork skills
You can impress us even more with
- Experience with BigQuery
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
