As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we’re seeking to take on an HR Coordinator: People & Wellness to coordinate the full employee lifecycle and manage EOR requirements, while acting as the primary liaison between staff, clients, and internal teams.

Job/Role Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR process documentation, including staff handbooks and codes of conduct aligned with PH labour laws.

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, compliance, and client/staff communication.

  • Conduct staff check-ins, performance reviews, and provide actionable client updates.

  • Administer employee benefits, rate reviews, bonuses, and contract changes.

  • Manage timekeeping, attendance, payroll-related administration, and leave records.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, files, and compliance documentation.

  • Support implementation and training on HRIS systems (e.g., Sprout).

  • Address staff and client concerns professionally, including conflict resolution and behavioural issues.

  • Drive staff wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.

  • Prepare reports, operational insights, and HR analytics for internal and client use.

  • Ensure HR practices comply with EOR requirements, PH labour laws, and VS365 policies.

  • Support dispute resolution, grievance handling, and statutory compliance processes.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR coordination, employee lifecycle management, or client-facing HR support.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Advanced conflict resolution, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.

  • High attention to detail and compliance accuracy.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

  • Experience in HRIS, timekeeping, payroll systems, and Google Workspace/MS Office Suite.

  • Structured, process-driven, and committed to legislative compliance and EOR standards.

  • Professional, calm, and reliable in high-pressure environments.
