They are now seeking to hire a Shopify Coordinator to manage the accurate and timely upload of products into our e-commerce platform. This role is critical in ensuring product listings are consistent, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards.
Job/Role Responsibilities
Product Upload & Management
- Upload new products into Shopify using supplier-provided data
- Source product descriptions, specifications, and images when needed
- Write or refine product descriptions to align with brand tone
- Resize and format product images for website use
- Assign correct pricing, SKUs, barcodes, tags, and collections
Listing Accuracy & Optimisation
- Review all listings for accuracy before publishing
- Maintain consistency across product pages
- Apply SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Manage product categories, filters, and navigation
Ongoing Maintenance
Update existing listings (pricing, images, discontinued items)
Ensure data consistency across systems (Shopify and POS if applicable)
Liaise with suppliers to clarify missing or incorrect information
High volume of accurate product uploads weekly
Minimal errors in pricing, SKUs, and descriptions
Fast turnaround from data receipt to product going live
Consistent brand tone and formatting across listings
SEO fields completed correctly
Minimal rework required
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Shopify product uploads (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written English skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Basic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
