Our client operates within the Australian healthcare sector, supporting multiple pharmacy locations alongside a specialised in-home healthcare service. They maintain a strong focus on compliance, structured processes, and high standards of documentation within a regulated medical environment.
This role provides structured administrative and operational support across multiple healthcare entities. The focus is on document control, SOP management, and billing support within a compliance-driven environment.

Job/Role Responsibilities
Operations & Document Management
- Organise and standardise SOPs, policies, and operational documents.
- Maintain document consistency across multiple sites.
- Manage document version control and ensure accuracy.
- Update forms, templates, and procedural documents.
- Identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure documentation aligns with compliance standards.
Clinical Trial & Billing Support
- Raise invoices in Xero (approx. 40–50 per month).
- Process billing data through structured workflows.
- Assist in invoice preparation (final approval handled onshore).
- Support reconciliation processes as required.
General Administration
Manage receipts and assist with tax-related documentation.
Collate and organise structured data.
Provide administrative support across multiple related entities.
Communicate with contractors via email when required.
Experience in administration, document control, or office support roles.
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency.
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (preferred).
Familiarity with Xero or accounting systems (preferred).
Comfortable working remotely within secure systems and following strict data privacy protocols.
Comfortable to start working on a part-time basis (20-30hrs per week) with gradual increase to full time.
