Job Description

What you will do:

  • Assist with inquiries from employees, managers and HR professionals.
  • Respond to inquiries accurately, completely, professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Review inquiries to identify trends, issues, and inquiries that may be urgent and/or important in nature so that they can be addressed prompty. Review inquiries to see if any need to be triaged to other HR groups for further review and assistance.
  • Appropriately escalate issues related to Benefits, Payroll, Stock, Compensation etc. to manager for review and assistance.
  • Assist with reporting and presenting monthly, quarterly case metrics and observations, analysis associated with it to the team and manager.
  • Identify / Observe opportunities for automation and / or enhancement and suggest solutions accordingly.
  • Knowledgebase management
  • Quality Assurance around case management

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience working within a pool and using a ticketing system
  • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
  • High confidentiality and integrity
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while maintaining good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to work on multiple systems at any given time

Nice to have:

  • Experience working for a global company
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Workday, ServiceNow experience
