A Fortune 500 marketing organization is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Brand Review Support Specialist and Project Coordinator to support local marketing efforts across a large, distributed field network. This role reviews brand submissions, supports local marketing alignment, manages project workflows, and serves as a thoughtful, service-minded point of contact for field teams.
This position blends brand stewardship, project coordination, and creative consultation. It is ideal for someone who is not a professional designer, but who has strong design awareness and can give clear, constructive feedback that helps others produce better work. You will regularly consult with field partners, help them interpret brand standards, and guide them toward solutions that feel on brand and practical to execute locally.
Rate: $35-40/hr
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract: 6 months with high likeleh=
Location: Remote but must work EST hours

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand review requests, responding to field teams and internal partners with timely, clear guidance.
- Review a wide range of local marketing and brand submissions such as vehicle graphics, promotional items, signage, print pieces, digital ads, and font requests, and provide brand-aligned feedback within defined SLAs.
- Provide creative consultation to field teams, helping them strengthen layout, readability, hierarchy, typography, imagery choices, and overall brand consistency.
- Deliver constructive feedback daily in a way that is clear, respectful, and actionable, especially for non-creative partners.
- Approve and manage customizable templates and assets within an internal digital asset management system.
- Support local promotions and market-level campaigns by guiding field partners on best practices and brand standards.
- Track submission trends and recurring issues, and surface insights that improve clarity, consistency, and field enablement over time.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for brand review and local marketing projects using a project management platform.
- Escalate complex or strategic brand questions to appropriate partners when needed, and help translate decisions back to the field.
- Participate in field or regional calls to ensure consistent messaging, reinforce standards, and answer questions in real time.
- Support the testing and rollout of AI-enabled tools within brand review and creative workflows.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in an agency, brand, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-paced service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to operate in a consultative, customer-facing role, with confidence guiding partners toward solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with quick turnarounds.
- Clear, diplomatic communication skills, especially when giving feedback or navigating sensitive conversations.
- A service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help field teams succeed.
- Experience with project management tools and comfort working in structured workflows.
- Familiarity with brand standards and visual quality. This role does not require hands-on design production, but it does require a strong eye and the ability to explain what works and what to improve.
- Comfort learning new tools and processes, including AI-supported workflows.
- Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some formal design exposure such as a minor, coursework, certificate, or prior role responsibilities that included creative review, brand compliance, content production, or template-based design.
- Experience providing feedback on creative work such as signage, print, email, social, digital ads, or local marketing materials.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with an understanding of day-to-day operational realities.
- Experience with digital asset management systems, templated creative tools, or brand portals.
- Familiarity with common creative tools such as Adobe, Canva, or Figma, primarily for review, markup, or template navigation.
