About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Employer Branding & Candidate Marketing Specialist to grow Wing’s top-of-funnel talent pipeline by elevating our employer brand and driving consistent candidate engagement. This role focuses on brand storytelling, recruitment content, and partnerships with schools, job boards, and referral networks — ensuring that Wing remains visible and attractive to high-quality talent across markets.
₱30,000 - ₱45,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Execute employer branding initiatives that position Wing as an employer of choice for remote professionals.
- Develop and distribute content campaigns (videos, graphics, posts, success stories) highlighting company culture, employee growth, and client impact.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, training programs, job boards, and talent networks to expand candidate reach.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure all candidate-facing touchpoints reflect brand consistency and professionalism.
- Manage and optimize referral campaigns and ambassador initiatives to drive organic lead generation.
- Track key recruitment marketing metrics (CTR, application conversion, referral participation, partner yield).
- Support the creation of career page content, testimonials, and brand materials for digital and physical use.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to produce branded recruitment visuals, reels, and highlight campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment communications.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for candidate audiences.
- Experience working with creative tools and analytics platforms (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (TA, HR, Ops).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO, startup, or fast-scaling recruitment environments.
- Background in content creation, digital marketing, or community partnerships.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter).
