🚀 The Mission
You will be the bridge between immediate quality needs and a fully automated future. We need a builder who enjoys getting their hands dirty.
- Own the Strategy: You won’t just run tests; you will drive the QE strategy at the product and project level. You decide what goes into the nightly build versus what lives in the CI/CD integration.
- The Detective: When something breaks, you don’t just ticket it—you investigate. You’ll use tools like Proxyman or Charles to dig into the API layer and determine if the failure is in the UI or the backend.
- Manual to Automated Evolution: While our destination is 100% automation, the journey requires rigor now. You will perform manual execution, regression testing, and “desk checks” on Jira stories, all while laying the groundwork for our automation frameworks.
- Crystal Clear Documentation: You will author the test plans and cases, ensuring every scenario—positive, negative, and edge-case—is documented and accounted for.

🛠 The Toolkit (Requirements)
This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
5+Years of Experience with Mobile Testing and Automation.
Mobile Automation Expert (Non-Negotiable): You must have hands-on, production-level experience with XCUI Test for iOS and Espresso for Android.
API Proficiency: You are comfortable using Postman, Charles Proxy, or Proxyman to validate API traffic and debug issues.
Jira Mastery: You know how to integrate QE notes into stories and manage workflows effectively.
Preferred: Experience with Xray for test management and a solid understanding of CI/CD integration.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
