About Lyra Health
Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. We work with industry leaders, such as Morgan Stanley, Uber, Amgen, and other Fortune 500 companies, to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and their families. With our innovative digital care platform and global provider network, nearly 20 million people can receive the best care and feel better, faster. Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million.
About the Role:
As a Content Marketing Manager, you’ll turn buyer insights, solution-focused storytelling, and sharp thought leadership into content that drives demand, powers customer conversations, and builds lasting brand authority.
In this role, you’ll lead the creation & execution of full-funnel content — leveraging AI to scale smarter and faster.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Growth Marketing teams, developing content that influences win rates, supports renewals and drives pipeline.
Buyer obsession is core to how you work. Partnering closely with Product Marketing and other internal subject matter experts, you’ll bring a strong command of Lyra’s solutions, value props, and market segments to every asset & program you create. As a shepherd of thought leadership in the mental health space along with our SMEs, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and thought provoking insights. Whether speaking to HR leaders, benefit consultants, or other channel partners, your content breaks through the noise and meets buyers where they are.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Execute content strategies and plans for key buying profiles (for example: HR professionals, benefit consultants, channel partners).
- Identify content needs & create full-funnel content packages from seller materials and middle of funnel content to thought leadership that resonates with decision-making HR leaders and influencers.
- Develop content across a variety of formats from long format reports, articles and blogs to videos, slides, video and more.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leverage original & secondary research to fuel engaging content and insights for your target audience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, working directly with GTM leaders across sales, customer success, clinical, product and marketing to inform content production efforts.
- Translate product positioning, value props and enterprise-level stories for target audience engagement.
- Provide deal & renewal support for must-win accounts
- Build event content for key Conferences/Events & Webinars
- Partner with freelance writers, agency partners, and internal collaborators to bring high-quality content to life
- Collaborate with the design and brand teams to ensure all content is on-brand and visually compelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, public relations, corporate comms or related role —ideally in healthcare, benefit consulting, or HR tech
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related
- Exceptional B2B content development & writing skills - knowing what to say and how to say it + the ability to simplify complex topics and make them compelling
- A portfolio of work that showcases content across the funnel—from blog posts to sales enablement tools to demand gen assets
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to ideate, refine or scale content production.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with GTM team members.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
