Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making across planning and operations. This role will work closely with senior leadership to analyze financial data, identify key insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that drive business performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable working with financial tools and Excel models.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel and/or accounting tools
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Prepare financial models and scenario analyses for leadership review
- Support budget tracking and variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Present insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to non-financial
- stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business analysis roles
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Our Recruitment Process
Video Interview
20-minute take-home skills test
30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)
Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
Final Offer
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
