ABOUT THE TEAM

Who doesn’t love growth? The Growth Team connects people to many categories online with the most innovative marketing strategies. The team also analyzes data to make great decisions in the competitive marketplace through relevant and timely communication with our customers and sellers to maximize their experience.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain performance tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights on key business metrics, performance indicators, and trends. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop an comprehensive analytical understanding of what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved
  • Use metrics and analytics to measure the success of the data product and make improvements as needed
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights via sql, python
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and deliver targeted analytics

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years experience in data analysis, project & product management.
  • Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
  • Communication Skills, excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
  • Familiar with digital analytics visualisation tools (Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
  • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision

making

  • A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
