Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

Location: Remote, must be UK-based

Working Pattern: 5 days a week, Monday-Sunday, between 8am - 11pm

The Role:

As a Trading Experience Executive, you’ll be powering the day-to-day operations of the sportsbook. You’ll help manage how our events are offered, settled, and maintained while working closely with a variety of internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll also work alongside our Player Support team to manage and resolve sportsbook player issues, putting the customer at the heart of every decision, your job is to make sure their experience is fair, seamless, and consistently high quality.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn more about how a sportsbook operates including those looking to take their first steps into the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and maintain the lifecycle of events and settlement outcomes.
  • Handle day-to-day operational queries from internal teams and escalate issues where needed.
  • Communicate directly with data and trading suppliers to raise and track any problems affecting the sportsbook.
  • Work closely with the Player Support team to resolve customer-facing issues relating to pricing, bonuses, bet outcomes, and settlement.
  • Identify repeat issues and help drive process improvements to reduce friction for players.
  • Support Trading and Product teams in delivering a stable, consistent user experience across key sports and events.

  • Someone who puts the customer first and is passionate about delivering market-leading customer experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • A genuine interest in sports and sports betting. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should want to learn.
  • Experience in a sportsbook, trading, operations, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with settlement rules, bet types, and how sportsbook data feeds work is preferred but not required.
