Independent Contractor – CPT-11469 Affiliate Arbitrage Implementation Specialist Virtual Assistant/Technical VA/Senior- Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A client is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to help set up and operate a newly purchased affiliate arbitrage business using an established training program and its provided tools, templates, systems, and support resources.
A client is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in affiliate arbitrage to help build, launch, and optimize a newly acquired affiliate marketing business using an established training program and its provided tools, templates, systems, and support resources.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing the client’s affiliate arbitrage training program from start to finish, setting up all required systems, workflows, landing pages, tracking tools, and campaign assets needed to successfully launch the business. This is an implementation-focused role rather than a campaign support role. The selected VA will be expected to take ownership of the setup process, follow detailed training materials, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and help establish a fully functioning affiliate arbitrage operation within
the client’s target timeline.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Program Implementation
● Review and implement the affiliate arbitrage training program from start to finish.
● Follow established SOPs, templates, and coaching materials provided by the client.
● Execute all setup requirements necessary to launch the business.
Campaign & Funnel Setup
● Build and deploy landing pages and affiliate funnels.
● Configure campaign assets and marketing materials.
● Set up affiliate offers and network integrations.
● Prepare campaigns for launch according to training requirements.
Technical Setup & Tracking
● Configure tracking systems and analytics tools.
● Set up campaign monitoring and reporting processes.
● Ensure proper tracking of traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
Campaign Launch & Optimization
● Launch, test, and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns.
● Identify implementation issues and troubleshoot technical or operational problems.
● Maintain campaign records and performance reports.
● Recommend improvements based on campaign data and results.
Communication & Project Management
● Provide regular updates regarding setup progress and project milestones.
● Maintain organized documentation of systems, campaigns, and workflows.
● Collaborate with the client to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Arbitrage, Performance Marketing, or CPA Marketing.
- Proven experience launching affiliate campaigns from setup through execution.
- Experience working with affiliate networks and CPA offers.
- Experience building landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience implementing processes, SOPs, and training-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Native Advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, MGID, etc.).
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience using landing page builders and funnel creation software.
- Previous experience implementing business-in-a-box or affiliate marketing coaching programs.
- Experience scaling successful affiliate campaigns.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
