CPT-10837 Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant (LinkedIn | Email Prospecting | B2B) – [Business Support VA/Junior Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support business development efforts.

This role focuses on B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management, targeting property managers, general contractors, and business owners across New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

The ideal candidate is organized, consistent, and comfortable executing high-volume outreach while maintaining professional and engaging communication.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients using:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Google, Yelp, and online directories
  • Target key decision-makers (property managers, business owners, general contractors)
  • Build and maintain structured prospect lists
  • Focus outreach efforts within assigned geographic markets (NY, NJ, FL)

Outbound Outreach (LinkedIn & Email)

  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via:
    • LinkedIn messaging
    • Email communication
  • Use templates while adapting messaging when needed
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume and activity levels
  • Ensure professional and brand-aligned communication

Follow-Up & Lead Management

  • Track all outreach efforts and responses
  • Perform structured follow-ups (2–3 attempts per lead)
  • Ensure timely responses and no missed opportunities
  • Maintain organized lead tracking and status updates

Lead Research & Data Management

  • Gather and verify contact information and company details
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM tools
  • Continuously update and clean lead databases

Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as:
    • Invoice creation (Google Docs or similar tools)
    • Data entry and file organization
  • Support general business operations as needed

Growth & Expansion Tasks (Trainable)

  • Assist with outbound cold calling (if implemented)
  • Support bid preparation and proposal coordination
  • Take on additional operational or marketing tasks over time

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in:
    • Lead generation
    • B2B outreach or prospecting
    • Marketing or sales support
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Comfortable performing repetitive outreach tasks with consistency
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach
  • Basic experience with CRM systems

Tools & Platforms

  • Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Communication: LinkedIn, Email
  • Documentation: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Research: Google, Yelp, Online directories

Role Expectations & Growth

  • Part-time role with potential to expand as the business grows
  • Direct collaboration with the business owner
  • Clear outreach targets and performance expectations
  • Opportunity to expand into calling, bidding, and operations support

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
