Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10891 Sales Development Representative / Lead Response Specialist VA/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) Virtual Assistant to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the overall sales process.
This role is critical in ensuring timely lead engagement, consistent follow-ups, and accurate communication of product or service information. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and confident handling both written and verbal communication with potential customers.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Lead Management & Response
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone calls, email, and website inquiries
- Conduct outbound follow-ups with warm and cold leads
- Maintain consistent communication to keep prospects engaged
Lead Qualification
- Assess and qualify leads based on:
- Budget
- Company size
- Location
- Timeline
- Identify high-quality opportunities and escalate to the sales team

Appointment Setting
- Schedule calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team
- Ensure all meetings are properly coordinated and confirmed
Sales Support
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product/service information
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all outbound materials
CRM & Data Management
- Log all interactions, notes, and updates in the CRM system
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date lead records
Customer Experience
- Provide a professional, consistent, and positive experience for all prospects
- Act as a reliable first point of contact for incoming inquiries
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Reliable, responsive, and process-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Understanding of sales pipelines, lead stages, and conversion tracking
- Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
