Job Description
Who We Are
AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving. Our customers include some of the world’s largest airlines and ground handling providers. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the Atlanta Airport (ATL) program — our flagship deployment site where our autonomous airside vehicle operates in real-world airport conditions. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role at the center of AeroVect’s most critical near-term launch.
You will work directly with our Engineering, Systems, Safety, and Operations teams to keep the ATL program on track through launch and into steady-state operations. As the TPM organization grows, you will be one of its founding members — helping to shape the team’s operating model alongside the TPM Lead.
You Will
Own end-to-end program delivery for the ATL program — serving as the primary day-to-day driver of cross-functional execution across Engineering and Operations
Define and maintain program schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment meetings
Drive accountability across teams by identifying blockers early, managing cross-functional dependencies, and keeping execution tight through launch
Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership
Implement and maintain program governance standards — status reporting, risk escalation, and cross functional alignment
Build and maintain launch readiness frameworks to track program health ahead of critical milestones
Partner with the TPM Lead on cross-program coordination
Contribute to shared tooling, templates, and process standards across the TPM team
You Have
5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in a hardware/software integrated or systems engineering environment or relevant technical areas
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end — from planning through launch
Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety or robotics
Excellent cross-functional communication skills — comfortable presenting program status and risks to both engineering leads and executives
Experience working in safety-critical or high-accountability environments where execution gaps carry real consequences
Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
We Prefer
Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, or adjacent safety-critical industries
Experience supporting or mentoring other TPMs as a senior contributor
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative development methodologies
Experience in field-deployed or operationally-sensitive environments (on-site at airports, manufacturing, logistics, or similar)
Master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, or PMP/PMI certification
