Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Reporting Manager to lead the creation, optimization, and maintenance of business‑critical reporting across Salesforce and Power BI. This role will support the development of a new enterprise data warehouse while enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Optimize existing Salesforce reporting frameworks in partnership with Salesforce Admins and Architects.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and dataset management.
- Oversee dataset refresh cycles and ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to define data models, pipelines, and business logic alignment for the enterprise data warehouse.
- Act as the primary reporting point‑of‑contact for cross‑functional teams.
- Standardize KPI frameworks and ensure consistent measurement across the organization.
- Train and support internal stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant analytics, Salesforce, or BI certifications are a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 4+ years in reporting, business intelligence, sales operations analytics, or data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL (Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, or BigQuery).
- Background supporting global Sales Operations teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or CPQ environments.
- Experience contributing to ETL/ELT or enterprise data warehouse initiatives.Soft Skills

Technology Stack
- Advanced Salesforce reporting.
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- SQL (preferred).
- Experience with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows.
- General proficiency with Excel, productivity suites, and collaboration tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment.
- Ability to use a computer and related technology for extended periods.
- Availability for virtual collaboration across global time zones as needed.
