What You’ll Do:
- Educate and inform health care providers and their staff of the services and benefits offered by BlinkRx to help patients get on and stay on medication therapy as prescribed
- Engage with providers and their staff to reconfirm the benefits and grow their usage of BlinkRx
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach to provider offices via phone, identifying and acting on growth opportunities, and positioning access solutions for new and existing patients
- Maintain ongoing account conversations and relationships across an assigned territory. Managing a regular cadence of touchpoints, tracking engagement, and ensuring continuity of service for provider offices
- Act as the first point of contact for an office regarding any inquiries with a specific prescription or patient, while serving as the voice of the field within BlinkRx. Build personal relationships with practices and offices to create an experience they value, removing barriers to access.
- Create custom profiles for the healthcare providers preferences for prior authorization support and status updates
- Become the go-to resource for both reactive and proactive engagement with the Brand Field team by assisting with any Healthcare Provider and BlinkRx related questions
- Introduce partner field reps to BlinkRx as an option for healthcare providers and their patients
- Compliantly provide approved communication to healthcare providers regarding the status of their patients
What You’ll Need:
- Background in pharmacy sales, healthcare account management, or outbound sales in a healthcare/pharma setting is strongly preferred
- Understanding of prescription workflows and how they operate across provider offices and pharmacy channel
- Solution oriented mindset with strong analytic capabilities
- A natural client success and account management ability with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Comfort with an outbound call motion. Must have the ability to contact provider offices, introduce new products or services, and drive conversations forward with confidence and professionalism
- Willingness to travel as business needs demand, including attendance at internal training sessions, industry conferences, and occasional in-person HCP (Healthcare Provider) visits.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ablity to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be able to exercise strict confidentiality and have impeccable judgment
- Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- Experience in working with a CRM (eg Salesforce) and softphone system is preferred
