Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape—here’s your chance! You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
You will also manage the vehicle and fleet domain, ensuring both Fleet Partner and Rider satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. You will strengthen partnerships, expand Bolt’s services, and drive business growth across Azerbaijan
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Fleet Partners, ensuring high engagement and loyalty. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and Fleet Partner earnings to maintain a competitive advantage. Oversee operational KPIs and continuously improve fleet and Driver quality. Lead rollout of new features and service expansions in the market. Ensure operational processes support excellent Rider experiences and satisfaction. Coach, empower, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and succession planning. Collect and share insights from Fleet Partners and operational activities to inform strategic decisions. Advocating and elevating Bolt’s brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry. Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition .
You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role. You have 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field. You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English (both verbal and written). You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day. You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing. You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills. You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject. You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach. You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
