Job Overview
This role will focus on loan application review. Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling and willing to hustle to help get the business off the ground. This will be a 6 months contract role on the payroll of Branch International, with the option to extend it by 3 months based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Loan Operations: Review loan applications for borrowers applying for Branch loans, verify details and prevent fraud (main responsibility)
- Product: Escalating customer feedback and technical bugs to help improve our products
- General: Various administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of previous job experience in business operations
- Passionate about our mission and our customers
- Highly entrepreneurial and proactive
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of excel preferred
- Â Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling e.g. willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week offs on weekdays
