Job Summary
We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate HR documentation, smooth scheduling, and up-to-date applicant tracking records. The ideal candidate demonstrates very high integrity, follows directions precisely, and maintains strong attention to detail. Experience with onboarding requirements in the Philippines is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and set up schedules for HR-related meetings, interviews, and onboarding sessions
- Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and hiring data
- Ensure HR records, employee files, and recruitment documentation are complete, accurate, and well-organized
- Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and general HR processes
- Follow established HR procedures and instructions with consistency and discretion
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity
- Will be assisting HR work for New York office – exposure to Global HR activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited education institution
- Proven ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with HR systems and ATS platforms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Strong background or hands-on experience with Will be assisting HR work for New York office
- Familiarity with Philippine labor documentation and compliance processes
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or HR support role
