SUMMARY:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA
- Hybrid work environment
- Salary Range: $57,000 - $60,000 (based on years of experience)
RESPONSIBILTIES:
As a vital member of our team, the HR Generalist will deliver top-notch Human Resources services across various professional domains. You will engage in essential areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist is a crucial resource for staff and CCRES partners, playing a key role in nurturing a positive workplace culture and effectively implementing HR policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a related field
- 1-3 year’s relevant experience, or equivalent
- Current SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
- Background in recruitment, employment law, government compliance regulations, and managed care guidelines is preferred
