Pay Range: $40,000 – $60,000/year (uncapped growth potential)
Overview
As our Social Media Content Creator, you are the face and force behind Vora’s social media presence. This role sits at the intersection of idea creation, viral content strategy, and short-form video editing, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels and similar platforms.
This is not basic Canva posting or passive scheduling. This role is about viral-first content creation at a high level, guided by proven training systems and performance-based growth.

Responsibilities
Consume, re-watch, and take detailed notes on provided training modules
Ideate, create, and recreate content ideas daily using:
- Competitor research
- Internal high-performing content
Leverage AI tools to bring creative ideas to life
Edit short-form video content using CapCut, applying advanced techniques learned in training
Post content daily on assigned social media accounts
Apply feedback from content managers consistently and quickly
Handle content requests aimed at improving post performance and growth

Strong click-through conversion to monetization platforms
Continuous improvement and adoption of new content styles
Reliability, punctuality, and consistent effort every shift
Clear, timely internal communication with the marketing team
English Fluency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deep interest in social media and content creation
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual appeal
Viral-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze why content performs
Strong understanding of Gen-Z humor and American pop culture
Ability to work under pressure, manage time, and hold yourself accountable
