The Job:

​​We are looking for … a Configuration Specialist who will work directly with the Implementation Manager and help with the customer business discovery and onboarding, account build and configuration, and system optimization to the Convoso Dialer platform leading to a successful launch and adoption of our products.

Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  The Configuration Specialist will spearhead the account build and setup during the implementation lifecycle and will be responsible for the customer’s account configuration and success during onboarding.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices during the project lifecycle and be the subject matter expert. Analyze configuration issues and develop appropriate resolutions and action items.
  •  Provide support to Implementation Management in conducting configuration meetings and maintaining project schedules.
  • Work directly with the Implementation Management and Customers to identify needs and resolve software configuration problems.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient knowledge of the Convoso platform (or similar dialer software)
  • Resourcefulness to gather data, test outcomes and build solutions to meet client’s requirements and expectations.
  • Proficiency in Google, Salesforce, Vitally (or other project management tools) as well as familiarity with Zendesk & Jira.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Services, Project Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support disciplines within similar SaaS Product.
