About the job
We are currently looking for a ‘Business Analyst’ to strengthen or Cronos Europa Team.
Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and formalize functional requirements.
- Model and optimize business processes (BPMN).
- Describe user requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Contribute to the drafting of key documents: business cases, business glossary, vision, impact analyses, etc.
- Collaborate actively with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of requirements.
- Participate in technical meetings, user workshops, sprint reviews, and working groups.
- Support project managers in applying SCRUM / Agile methodologies and in monitoring delivered quality.
- Contribute to the integration of various information systems, particularly in the financial and accounting domains.
Your Profile
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of information systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in modelling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN).
- Solid experience in writing requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases.
- Knowledge of the IT solution lifecycle and methodologies such as PM², PM² Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in functional analysis and systems integration.
- Knowledge in SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS is an asset
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or Confluence is required
