Job description

Our business

With the Acquisition of Siilo (now Doctolib Connect), Europe’s largest medical network based in Amsterdam, we have expanded our reach and impact in the Netherlands, improving care-coordination for over 90% of Healthcare professionals in the market.

What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Marketing Lead who will play a central role in launching our broader suite of solutions in the Netherlands (beyond Doctolib Connect).

As part of the Dutch founding team, you will define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy to successfully introduce Doctolib’s solutions in the market.

This is a true 0 - 1 role: in your first 6–12 months, success will mean having built strong marketing foundations (strategy, processes, tooling, positioning), delivering qualified leads for Sales, and materially contributing to onboarding healthcare professionals to our solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Strategy teams, as well as local partners, in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and own the B2B marketing strategy for the Dutch market, aligned with Doctolib’s global vision and adapted to local needs, aiming to drive adoption and usage of our solutions
  • Clearly articulate and communicate the value proposition of Doctolib for prospect users
  • Set up marketing foundations in NL: messaging, content, campaigns, tooling, reporting and processes
  • Build strong relationships with local partner(s), aligning on priorities, timelines and execution
  • Manage external parties (eg PR agencies) to support market visibility and credibility
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, GTM, Product and global B2C teams to define and deliver on your objectives
  • Contribute to the international expansion playbook by documenting learnings from the NL launch
