We own and operate a fleet of offshore and subsea vessels, providing engineering services to the offshore and subsea market. With over 40 years of experience, we employ about 4,000 people globally.

Our work includes managing projects for Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair (IMR), Subsea Umbilical, Risers, and Flowlines (SURF), and other subsea installations. We also handle marine engineering and maintenance for offshore vessels, and help clients adopt AI for better reporting and decision-making.
