Join our team as an ROV Technical Support Lead
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ROV Technical Support Lead to join our high-performing team ROV team on a permanent basis.
Primarily you will be working on:
- Providing onshore & remote technical support to ROV operations & offshore personnel.
- Support project execution, including vessel mobilisations, yard activities, and audits.
- Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical problem resolution related to ROV’s.
- Liaise with offshore teams to ensure operational continuity and minimise downtime.
- Engage with sub-contractors, suppliers & internal department to support operations.
- Continuous improvement initiatives & operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our ROV operational onshore & offshore team. This role will involve supporting project delivery through your technical expertise from equipment selection through to mobilisation planning to maintain our reputation for excellence and HSEQ integrity. - Trade or Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with ROV Systems, electronics & interfacing.
- Team leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in testing, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics.
- Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills.
- Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision.
- A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ.

Location: Perth CBD, Western Australia with flexible hybrid options available.
Travel to remote or offshore work sites/vessels required from time to time where needed
