POSITION SUMMARY
EarnIn is seeking a visionary Product Management Intern to lead a mission-critical transformation within our Care Tooling ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will drive a strategic shift to eliminate external vendor dependencies by architecting and building a new foundation from the ground up, ensuring a world-class experience for both our agents and millions of customers.
This position will be hybrid-based in Bangalore, India, with two days a week in the office, as part of our expanding site location, and will be a full-time internship. Exact timing can be flexible depending on the candidate’s needs, and our internships typically last around 6 months.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect the future of our Care systems by leading the transition of key functional areas—including Help Center, email handling, and intelligent automations—from legacy vendor tools to a unified, independent infrastructure.
- Evaluate strategic internal solutions and cutting-edge components to replace specific modules, ensuring strategic autonomy.
- Ensure that recommendations are compatible with and forward-looking for EarnIn’s B2B initiatives and the integration of acquisitions and new products.
- Pioneer our “headless” service model, taking full control of the primary agent-facing UI and revolutionizing how we interact with the backend via robust APIs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s+ degree in a relevant technical or business field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics).
- Located in Bengaluru, or have the ability to relocate to Bengaluru, for the duration of the internship.
- A relentless problem-solver eager to untangle complex, legacy systems and translate them into elegant, high-performance functional requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Care Operations teams.
- Familiarity with API-driven architectures and experience evaluating external vendor solutions - an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
