Job Description
Pay: $12-14 per hour
Role Type: Part time (20 hours)
Who We’re Looking For
We need a creative operator who produces at an agency level but works like a founder. You can take a brief, a brand guide, and a deadline — and return something polished with minimal hand-holding. You have genuine design taste, strong editorial instincts, and you know how to use Claude and Lovable not as a crutch but as a force multiplier.
This is not a role for someone who generates AI content and ships it raw. This is a role for someone who uses AI to go faster while making everything better.
What You’ll Own
Produce creative across formats: newsletters, social content, campaign assets, brand documents, landing pages, one-pagers, and pitch materials
Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into finished, on-brand deliverables
Use Claude and similar LLMs to accelerate research, drafting, and iteration — then apply real editorial judgment to elevate the output
Use Lovable or comparable no-code tools to build and deploy lightweight web assets when needed
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping quality or detail
Communicate proactively when you need clarity, and flag anything that looks off before it ships
A portfolio of real creative work — not concepts, not mockups, finished deliverables that shipped
Demonstrable, hands-on fluency with Claude or comparable AI tools — show us how you actually use them in your workflow
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe, or equivalent
Strong written English — you can write a compelling headline and a clean paragraph and know the difference between the two
Ability to receive a brief and return a first draft within 24 hours
Remote, available during US business hours (minimum 10am–4pm ET overlap)
Strong Plus
- Experience working across multiple client brands simultaneously (agency background preferred)
- Familiarity with brand systems and how to work within them without flattening them
- Eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy — not just content production
You Are Not a Fit If
- Your portfolio is AI-generated without clear evidence of your editorial contribution
- You need detailed instructions to start a project
- You consider “good enough” acceptable when better is achievable
