Job Description
Role Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: CST
Salary: $1500- $2200
Who We’re Looking For?
You know how to manage moving pieces, create structure, hold people accountable, and keep operations running efficiently without constant oversight. You are comfortable managing remote teams, coordinating vendors, improving systems, and ensuring execution across multiple properties and projects.
This is not a passive admin role. We need someone who can think like a business operator and help scale a growing real estate platform.
What You’ll Own
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple self-storage and real estate assets
Coordinate with property managers, vendors, contractors, and internal team members
Ensure operational tasks, maintenance items, and tenant/customer issues are resolved quickly
Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and reporting processes
Track property performance metrics, occupancy, delinquency, customer issues, and operational KPIs
Manage task execution across departments and hold team members accountable to deadlines
Assist leadership with operational reporting, project coordination, and strategic initiatives
Support acquisition onboarding and operational integration of new properties
Maintain organized systems for documentation, vendors, contracts, and operational workflows
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before escalation
Experience in operations management, property management, project management, or business operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing remote teams or vendors
Excellent written and verbal English communication
High ownership mentality and strong follow-through
Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Proficiency with project management and communication tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to work full-time during Oklahoma business hours (9am–5pm CT)
Strong Plus
- Experience in self-storage, real estate, property management, or hospitality operations
- Experience supporting multiple properties or locations simultaneously
- Familiarity with operational reporting and KPI tracking
- Process-building and SOP documentation experience
- Experience working with US-based companies remotely
- Spanish fluency (for Mexico-based candidates)
You Are Not a Fit If
- You require constant direction to prioritize work
- You struggle managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
- You are reactive instead of proactive
- You avoid accountability conversations or operational follow-up
- You prefer purely administrative work over operational ownership
What Success Looks Like
- Operations run smoothly across properties and teams
- Leadership has visibility into issues before they become problems
- Systems become more organized, scalable, and efficient over time
- Vendors, tenants, and internal teams receive timely communication and follow-up
- New acquisitions and operational projects are integrated seamlessly
